GV II

House, late C17. Timber-framed and rendered with gabled clay
plain tile roof. One large stack behind ridgeline and one
hipped dormer with 2-light casement. 2 storeys with one wide
and one narrow C20 double-hung sash window with small panes on
first floor. Ground floor has one similar window and mid C19
stuccoed door surround with heavy hood on moulded consoles.
Plain glass fanlight over C20 stained timber door. Lean-to
extension on rear.
INTERIOR: timber frame of C17 with some stop-chamfered joists
and stop-chamfered spine and bridging joists to support attic
floor. Some linen-fold panelling formerly part of small rear
room and now reused.
