Pair of town houses. Probably C17 with early C19 refronting.
Brick with buff headers and stucco dressings; tile roof with
brick cross-axial stack. Georgian style. 2 storeys; 2-window
range. Top modillioned brick cornice. 2 sashes with rusticated
stucco flat arches. Round-headed entrance to each end with
tympanum over plank door; similar round-headed entry to left
end has cast-iron plaque above: PALMER COURT. Windows have
rusticated wedge lintels over 16-pane sashes and sills to
ground floor, 4/8-pane sashes to 1st floor. Rear has
small-paned casements.
