House, now office. Mid to late C18. Brick with plaster and
ashlar dressings; slate roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
2-window range. Chanelled rustication to ground floor with
cornice; top frieze; end brick pilasters. Ground floor has
later C19 canted bays with 4-pane horned sashes and
modillioned cornices; 1st and 2nd floors have windows with
shaped fielded-panelled lintels with enriched keystones over
16-pane sashes in moulded frames; entrance between bays has
pilasters and dentilled entablature with wreaths; panelled
reveals and door, half-glazed inner door. INTERIOR has stair
with column-on-vase balusters and fielded-panelled ashlar
fireplace with fluted keystone and cornice.
