Old Parsonage

GV II

Former parsonage. c1825. By Francis Goodwin. Stucco with
parapetted roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical
3-window range. Recessed angles; angle pilasters and top
entablature. Windows have 12-pane sashes; central entrance has
side lights and overlight; return lateral stacks. Left return
to Lichfield St has similar details; right return has 2
round-headed windows with small-paned iron glazing. Derelict
and boarded up at time of resurvey (1990).
