Hall and Attached Wall

Lodge. 1853 by Weightman, Hadfield and Goldie. Sandstone
ashlar with overhanging Welsh slate roof. Panelled ashlar
gabled stack. Single storey. The east gable end has a 2-light
square section mullion window with raised surround on corbels.
Recessed porch at the angle has a two-bay arcade to north on
square piers with moulded capitals, and similar responds. Plank
door. To the right a bay window of 1-3-1 lights with square
section raised stonework. Pedimented gable. West gable end has
two single light windows either side of a decorative moulded
chimneybreast. Wall attached to west with stone balustrade.
