House and butcher's shop. Circa 1860. Pebble dash with slate roof. Three
storeys and parapet with stack to left. Two storey canted bay with cornices,
pilasters and segmentally headed sashes to 2nd and 1st floors. Plate glass
shop windows with glazed tile base and pierced fretted cornices on pilasters
the whole returned to right, with blind hood over. Double half-glazed corner
doors to right with rectangular fanlight, and panelled door to right return
with rectangular fanlight. Painted sign boards over front (canted around
bay window) and return, with cast iron cresting. Early C20 tiled interior
and separate till/office cabinet within shop area. The building has been used
as a butcher's shop since construction.
