Dwelling. C18. Rough rendered, wood parapet cornice, Welsh slate roof. Wide
street frontage and deep return wing, left. Three storeys, four-windowed,
sashes with glazing bars at first and second floors, two sashes without bars,
ground floor; canted oriel embracing two upper floors, top left, and canted
two-storey bay right. Panelled door with fanlight and moulded pilaster sur-
round, modern ridge porch, off-centre left. Property continues, right, to
Paddocks Cottage (q.v.). Principally included for group value.
