GV II

Large dwelling, now offices. Late C18. Rough render, modillion eaves cornice,
hipped Welsh slate roof, with flat crown and railing in cast iron. Property
also includes adjacent unit as 'The Annex'. Three lofty storeys and three
wide-spaced windows; all sashes without bars. Ground floor one large sash
plus canted bay; first floor sashes are horizontal over-square, unusually large
wall space to second floor sashes at cornice level. Late C19 door under slated
porch hood on wood brackets. To right smaller scale unit in two storeys, three-
windowed, C18 fine dentilled eaves cornice; C19 porch added. Large modern
back projection.
