House. Late C17/early C18. Roughcast, stone slate hipped roof
with central slate well, with 2 rendered cruciform stacks at sides
on ridge. Double range with single storey extension on right. 2
storeys, attic and cellar. 3 windows, 12-pane sashes, 3 gabled
dormers with paired casements. Central door with flat stone hood
on consoles and moulded architrave. Studded oak door. Some
original C17 joinery inside including oak dog-leg stair, chamfered
and stopped doorcase on 1st floor, chamfered oak beams surviving on
all floors. Large stone lintel fireplace in ground floor room
left with some internal timber framed walling.
