Pair of houses. Mid C19. Of painted render with imitation timber framing and
pegtile roofs. 'Cottage ornee' of 2 units, with two, 2 storey parallel gabled
ranges with lower hipped ended rear block at right angles. The latter have
lean-to porches on their entrance face. Central cruciform brick stack. Each
gabled front has imitation painted timber framing with applied jetty with corbel
brackets, simple C19 casements and elaborate arch braced bargeboards with apex
pendant finial. Simple contemporary iron railings.
