House, now shop and offices. Early-mid C18 with C20 alterations. Painted brick with
stone dressings and slate roof. 3 storeys and 3 bays, that to right considerably
wider than the others. C20 shop front to ground floor flanked by rusticated stone
pilaster strips to corners, 2 similar strips between the bays to first and second
floors. First floor has 3 C20 replacement flush-frame 18-pane sash windows in
original openings and second floor has similar sashes with glazing bars. All sashes
below segmental brick arches with raised double keystones and with moulded stone
sills. Moulded gutter. Steeply-pitched roof with swept eaves and end brick stack to
right.
