Field Bottoms Farmhouse

Barn, mid C17. Hammer-dressed stone unmortared, stone slate roof. Continuous
aisle to west, ½ aisle of 2 bays only to east. Square headed cart entry with
harr-hung doors with oak structure and renewed softwood panels. Fine post and
truss construction. 5 bays of queen strut roof the ridge set diagonally. Gable
with arrows slit ventilators and others in all external walls.
