GV II

Detached house. Early C18, altered C19 and C20. Dressed
limestone, Welsh slate roof, gable end stone and brick stacks and
coped verges. Gable end to road. Two-storey, 2-window. Half-
glazed door in chamfered stone surround with C20 wooden hood, 2-
light recessed chamfered mullioned casement either side, with
dropped sills. First floor has two 2-light casements. Attached to
right is C20 single-storey extension with reset 2-light mullioned
casements and gabled dormers. Left return has 2-light casement and
blocked chamfered light to attic. Rear has C19 lean-to extension
with casements, first floor has 6-light and 2-light casements.
Interior has chamfered beams and open fireplace with chamfered
lintel on chamfered stone jambs.
