Studio. 1901 on chimney stack. Timber-frame with plaster infill, roughcast
on brick plinth, plain tile roof. Tall single-storey studio of one large
room with verandahs each side and on one end. North elevation, facing house,
has large 5-light mullioned and transomed north light window. Above close
studding in gable. Each side roof is outshot and at N end outshot is hipped
round over verandah each side of gable. On west side outshot is over an
aisle room with louvred window opening to LH with centre weatherboarded and
doorway to RH, rising out of aisle,tall moulded brick stack. East side has
verandah continuing under outshot. South side has roof hipped and swept-down
with end of western aisle room louvred window, rest of end verandah. Small
goblet at top of hip. Inside, boarded panelling, plain architrave to doors,
chimney breast with round-headed opening, mantelshelf over.
