House and 2 cottages, now house, cottage and flat. C18. Coursed rubble,
stone slate roof. 3 storeys, 3:2 bays. House: central part-glazed door
below overlight in C19 classical ashlar sandstone doorcase. Flanking ashlar
sandstone canted bays with sash windows. First floor: sash windows in plain
ashlar surrounds. Second floor: side-sliding sash windows in plain ashlar
surrounds. Stacks between bays one and 2 and end right. Cottage and flat
to right. On ground floor: C20 door; garage door; part-glazed door in plain
ashlar surround; 8-pane sash window with projecting sill and sill-like
lintel. First floor: casement and 8-pane sash windows with projecting sills
and sill-like lintels. Second floor: casement and side-sliding sash
windows. Stack end right. The cottage and flat included for group value.
