Terrace of three houses. 1905. Walls of brickwork in Flemish bond with blue
headers, blind arches with stone keys, containing band of brick and tile. Tile
roof, with wrought-iron eaves brackets. Terrace with roof stepped to slope of
the roadway, each unit identical of two storeys one window. Casements. The
doorway has a side window (beneath the arch) and stable doors. Included as an
unaltered example of the Arts and Crafts style, applied to artisans dwellings
in a confined central site.
