Cottage, at one time forming service wing to adjoining St Peter's House. C18, re-fenestrated in C20. Painted brick with tiled roof. One storey and attics: two windows. Attic has two gabled dormers with C20 casements with leaded lights. Ground floor has two C20 casements with leaded lights, chamfered corner leading to carriage arch and plain doorcase.
An C18 service wing with strong group value.
