House, with shop to No 6. C18, with late C19 and C20 rear extensions. Walls of
brickwork in Flemish bond, rubbed flat arches, brick dentil cornice to parapet
(with stone coping). Tile roof, three C20 hipped dormers. Symmetrical east
front elevation of two storeys and attic, three windows. Sashes in reveals.
The south half has a mid-Victorian double-fronted shop with original glazing
bars and double half-glazed doors, with a later plain fascia and brick base walls.
To the north of centre is a plain arched doorway, with decorative fanlight and
6 panelled door. The rear (west) elevation to Brook Street is in two parts,
the south side with a late C19 warehouse elevation with original features and
a hipped roof, the north side (recessed) having a vernacular C20 facade.
