concrete tile roof. 1 storey and attic. The double shop front, with a re-
cessed centre containing 2 doorways, has end pilasters and continuous
fascia, filling the front to nearby eaves level. There is a large flat-
roofed dormer. The moulded eaves cornice continues from No 60. Included for
group value.
