House. C18, C19. Stucco, with a tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Eaves
cornice, with simple mouldings enclosing carved dentils, 1st floor band,
plinth. Coupled casements (one single) of the mid-C19, each with 2 round-
headed lights. Doorcase, with moulded canopy on scroll brackets, reeded
thin pilasters, frieze panel, and 5-panelled door.
