The image of both properties from 2013 shows plastic windows to 120 after the illegal, and totally unnecessary, removal of the orginal windows, to the basement breeze blocks can be seen in the windows.

In 2015 a new developer took over, they replaced the lost lead on the roof edging and after enforcement action by Reading Council replaced the plastic windows with wood in a form and profile which correctly mirrors the originals. The building has been converted for use as flats. In 2015 construction commenced of a building to the rear of the property to add further flats. This building is however not linked to the listed building.
