Rectangular block with a chamfered corner; one storey and attic, two
windows to the roadside elevation, and a window above the entrance doorway
at the corner. Coupled casements with pointed heads, and diamond lights.
Porch with a thatched canopy on rustic poles, and a half-glazed door.
