House. C17, with C18 and mid C19 extensions and alterations. Walls of
ironstone rubble with large quoins, sections refaced in brickwork of English
bond, with blue headers, attached (C20) brick plinth with slate weathering
brick 1st floor band, cambered openings, tile-hanging at the rear; wing
(C19) of brickwork in Flemish Garden Wall bond. Hipped tile roof with
lowest courses of stone slates, modillion eaves cornices to the front, rear
outshot roofs of slate; large end stacks. Symmetrical wide west front
elevation of two storeys three windows, with lower wing at the north side of
two storeys one window. Sashes in reveals, casements to the wings. Plain
doorway with fanlight and 6-panelled door.
