House in terrace, possibly originally one building with No 19
Market Place (q.v.). Mid C18. Roughcast faced rubble stone with
hipped asbestos slate roof and parapet, stone stack to right.
Projecting wing of L shape (with No 19). 3 storeys and attic. 2
windows, C19 12-pane sashes. 6-pane sashes to 2nd floor. One
gabled dormer to front of hip. Ground floor has C20 multi-pane
sash to right and wooden doorcase to left with panelled pilasters
and shallow projecting cornice. Door has 6 fielded panels and plain
fanlight over.
