GV II

Detached house. Early C17; C19 addition. Timber-framed; brick
rebuilding and addition; mostly roughcast rendered; thatched and
plain tile roofs. Single-storey with attic; 2-storey cross-wing at
south west end; single-storey addition in rear angle. Front: older
house to right has 2-window fenestration; roughcast to ground
floor; casements and C19 part glazed 4-panel door in C19
architraves; 2 thatched dormers with plain tile aprons; single
altered casement to each floor of house to left. North east end:
gabled and rebuilt in brick with projecting brick chimney stack;
C20 attic casement; attached single-storey brick outbuilding with
clay pantile roof. South west end: gable to right with projecting
brick chimney stack; 2 small-paned casements to left. Back: gabled
C20 addition to right; small framing to rear of older house with 2
framed-up casements; C20 flat-roofed addition in rear angle.
