Detached house. Dated and initialled WBS/1717 on datestone in
gable of 2-storey porch. Ashlar, concrete tile roof, ashlar
stacks. Rectangular plan with central projecting porch. 2 storeys
and garret. One C20 three-light roof dormer right of 2-storey
porch. 4- windowed: double-chamfered, 3 and 4-light stone-mullioned
casements, one with king mullion all with stopped hoods, some with
leaded panes. Taller stone-mullioned casements C20 replacements.
2 and 3-light C19 casements with segmental heads far right. Plank
door with cover strips and decorative hinges to porch in plain
flat-chamfered surround. 3-light stone-mullioned casement over
with stopped hood. Hood over datestone above. Twin gable end
stacks with moulded caps. Flat gable-end coping, roll moulded
gable coping to gable of 2 storey porch, with moulded kneelers at
eaves.
