These three buildings form part of a complex of buildings known locally as Gillingham Yard; no numbers have been assigned to them in the new numbering scheme. Row of three colourwashed rubble cottages; fronts altered C19. Patent pantile roof with stone slate verge at gable end. Westernmost cottage, now occupied by W R V S: one sash window above and another sash window to right hand below. Doorway with architrave frame, six panelled door, shallow fanlight. Entry to right hand leads through to gardens and to three other cottages; door to entry now padlocked. To right hand again, one gabled dormer; two later paired sashes with glazing bars intact both on first floor and below. Ledged door in frame at right hand end.
