13/224 Mount Pleasant cottage

GV II

Semi-detached cottage. Early C19. Random coursed rubble stone,
stone slate roof, brick end stack to right. Single main range and
C20 extension to rear, single storey and attic. Three gabled
dormers through eaves with long paired plain wooden casements and
rendered gables. Ground floor has 4-pane sash with timber lintel
below each and gabled later glazed porch with half glazed door
between windows 2 and 3. Included for group value with Mount
Pleasant House (q.v.)
