Ball's Green House and Ball's Green Cottage

(Formerly listed as: 'Karas' and 'Ball's Green Cottage')

Two attached houses. Early C19. Coursed rubble limestone; brick
rebuilt and ashlar chimneys; stone slate roofs. Ball's Green House is the larger
2-storey house to west with cellar and attic, two rear wings. Ball's Green Cottage is lower, 2-storey range with attic. Front: 3-window fenestration to both houses, all 12-pane sashes.
Central doorway to each house with Regency ironwork porch having
tent hood. Three gabled attic dormers to Ball's Green Cottage with
timber casements. Tall gable-end brick-rebuilt chimneys. C20
lean-to to east end. Two gabled return wings to rear of Ball's Green House, single-window casement fenestration to each and gable-mounted chimneys. Interiors not inspected.
