Outbuilding, former dwelling. C17. Coursed slatestone rubble
with cob at top; gabled corrugated iron roof; truncated external
lateral stack to left end of front wall, with bread-oven
projection; stack with bread-oven projection to rear right.
3-unit plan with through-passage to left of central room. 2
storeys; 3-window range. Timber lintels over two C20 plank doors
to centre; stop-chamfered timber lintels over window to left; two
first-floor shuttered windows. Interior: room to left has boxed
beam, and flat stone arch over open fireplace with cloam oven.
Through-passage has blocked rear door and is flanked by plank and
stud partitions: partition on right has half of C17 chamfered
round-arched doorway.
