1862, by William Eaves. Elaborate building in ashlar of 3 storeys with carved
parapet with piers with lozenge panel supporting ball finials, 4 windows to
top floor, in surrounds, divided by panels with brackets supporting cornice.
Cornice between storeys. 4 windows to 1st floor with segmental pediments with
carved foliated ornament, on brackets. Panels between bays have roundels. Ground
floor has 4 round-headed windows, longer, with small glazing bars and carved
spandrels. 2 round-arched doorways with fanlights and hoods on brackets. Keystones
dated 1862. Double doors. Carved pilasters with foliated capitals. Panelled
plinth.
Nos 11, 12 and 14 form a group.
