GV II

2 houses, (semi-detached) C19. Double range, gault brick built with hipped,
grey slate roofs. 2 storeys and basements. 4 window range of small paned,
vertical sliding sashes to first floor with gauged arches. Two central, hipped
roof oriel windows to ground floor with pendants and moulded soffits. Doors
to left and right at present boarded up, but with round head fanlights over
with glazing bars and matching stucco arches. These doors approached by steps
with fine cast iron balusters and rails. The left return extension is
plastered, 2 storeys with parapet and moulded cornice. 3 window range of small
paned vertical sliding sashes with moulded surrounds. Moulded architrave and
pediment to door at left. 2 red brick chimney stacks with 6 and 4 fluted cream
colour chimney pots with acroterion. There is a later extension to rear.
