House in row. Probably C18 with C19 modifications. Local lias stone cut and squared; clay pantiled roof between stepped
coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Two-light small pane casement windows of an earlier
pattern above; 12-pane sash windows to lower outer bays, all under dovetailed stone lintols; central C20 part-glazed
door in plain opening. Interior not seen. 2 metres east of house, enclosing small garden, wrot iron railings with
simple square points and urn finials to standards, set on dwarf stone walls, with matching gate; all contributing to
setting of house.
