House. Early C19. Red brick with plain tile roof. 3 storeys. Rendered
plinth and dentil brick eaves cornice. Right-hand corner corbelled above rounded
ground floor. Brick ridge stack off-centre to right and integral brick end
stack to left. 3 bays; multi-pane glazing bar sashes (right-hand ground-
floor window altered in C19 to 4 panes) with painted stone cills and lintels.
Central door with 6 reeded flush panels, rectangular overlight and wooden
doorcase consisting of paired reeded half colonnettes with plain capitals,
frieze, breaking over colonnettes with banding and reeded lozenges, and flat
cornice. Right-hand gable end: second-floor glazing bar sash, first-floor
French casements with ornamental cast-iron balcony, ground-floor 4-pane sash
to left and boarded door to right with recessed blind semi-circular tympanum.
