Slate tablet, 1867. To record the death at Jamaica Sept 20th 1814 aged 50, of William Brown, Rear Admiral of the Red and Commander in Chief at Jamaica, second son of John Suffield Brown, Esq. of Leesthorpe in this county. Also of Martha Vere his second wife of Redbourne, Herts. Dec 30th 1851 age 77, daughter of John Fothergill, Esq. of Handsworth Co Stafford. Tablet placed by their son, Alexander Rozel Brown 1867.
