House. Early C19. Rendered rubble, Welsh slate roof, brick stacks. 3-storeys and 3-bays, extended out at ground floor
to form base for verandah above. Mixed fenestration, sashes with glazing bars on ground floor and casements above, with
rusticated voussoirs and louvred shutters on first floor. C20 glazed porch. Verandah of wooden posts and diagonal
struts supporting C20 glazed canopy with cast iron panels of enriched railings, framed by low, ramped walls. Dressed
stone and brick piers to road, with ball finial on left-hand pier, rubble wall in between ramped down to centre which
is marked by 2 smaller gatepiers, entrance blocked.
