Mortuary chapel, also built as chapel to school, c1867. Constructed of granite rubble, randomly coursed, with sandstone ashlar dressings and plain tiled roof. Coped gables, cross finial at east end, single bell cote at west. 2 windows, lancets with cusped trefoiled heads, and polychrome voussoirs. West door has hood-mould with foliate capitals. In the west gable, an oculus window in an arched surround. (Photo Apr 2009).
