Farmhouse and adjoining cottage, now a single dwelling, with early C19 origins. Built of coursed and squared ironstone and brick, with concrete tile roofs. East front has an off-centre C19 gabled porch with octagonal wooden posts and elaborately decorated bargeboard with drop. To its left a canted late C19 two storey bay with sashe windows on each floor. To the right of the door, a canted C19 bay window sashes. The other windows are glazing bar casements with wooden lintels. To the right, the single bay cottage. (Photo Apr 2014).
