House. Later Cl7, E bay C19. Timber frame on stucco sill,
roughcast with a steep pitched roof, now slated. A long 2-
storyes, 3-cell, central-chimney, lobby-entry plan house facing
S. 2-storeys uniform C19 short extension at E end, for
coachhouse and hayloft over. 3 2-light flush casement windows to
1st floor. 3-light casement on ground floor with a segmental
oriel window, a 4-panel flush beaded door with moulded surround
and bold brackets to a flat hood, and then a 2-light casement to
right. Sometime the Kings Cross PH.
