Built of coursed ironstone rubble, with red brick side walls and dressings, hipped pantile roof with two brick ridge chimney stacks. Two storey irregular 4 bay front with dogtooth eaves course, having off-centre C20 door with fanlight with contemporary wooden surround. To left a pair and to right single glazing bar sashes and to first floor 4 similar windows. All windows have segmental brick heads. The upper windows had C20 louvred shutters at the 1979 listing.
