Former almshouses, now row of 4 cottages. Red brick with yellow brick and ashlar quoins and dressings, coursed ironstone rubble sides. Welsh slate roof. In the central gable a recessed square panel contains a shield bearing the Welby Arms, and to right hand gable a stone bears the date 1869. (Photo Sept 2012).
