House. Circa late C17 with C18 or C19 addition. Rendered cob walls. Gable-ended
slate roof. 2 brick stacks, one at left-hand end and one axial to addition at right
end.
Plan: 2-room plan, possibly with small central service room. At right-hand end is
late C18 or early C19 addition of what appears to be a separate cottage which was
downgraded to an outbuilding.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Roughly regular 5-window front of late C20 2-light casements.
Central C20 gabled part-glazed porch with glazed and panelled door behind. Right-
hand addition has 1st floor loading hatch and small window below with door to its
left. Cut off stone and cob stack at right gable-end of addition.
