House, formerly the village pest house. 1748. Red brick, plain tiled roof
with tumbled parapet gables and stack behind ridge. Two storeys, gable to
street. Brick cornice and band at eaves height to gable. South-east facing
elevation. Two ground floor and three first floor C20 windows, C20 flat
roofed glazed porch with half-glazed door facing south-west. The pest house
was used to isolate people suffering from infectious diseases in the parish.
