House. Mid C19. Gault brick, slate roof with end stacks. Two storeys.
Symmetrical facade with four-panelled door in pedimented wooden doorcase with
reeded pilasters. Two ground floor and two first floor recessed twelve-paned
hung sash windows with segmental brick arches-at ground floor. Included for
group value.
