Public house. c1820. Red and light brown brick with stone dressings, pantiled roof. Three storeys, three bays. Symmetrical elevation. Stone plinth, sill bands to all floors. Carriage entrance with round arch and stone key block to recessed centre bay. Rebuilt ground floor to right, C20 shop front to left. Flanking bays have canted bay windows rising through full height of building, with sash windows with glazing bars, except left ground floor
which has C20 shop front. Centre bay has sixteen-pane sashes to first and second floors under channelled wedge lintels. End stacks, plain close verges.
