Bank, now forming one building with number 30 (Barclays Bank), High
Street (qv). Early C19. Stucco on brick, Welsh slated roof. 2 storeys
and attic, bands between floors, 2nd storey quoins. 2 hipped sash
dormers; 1st floor large bay, sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor
panelled door and oblong fanlight in architrave surround; 3 sashes in
moulded frames, plain sills. Interior altered to suit modern banking
requirements.
