Farmhouse. Late C18 or early C19. Shale rubble, slate hanging and hipped scantle
slate roof with brick chimneys over side walls. 3 room, double depth plan. 2
storey, 4 window slate hung front with diamond patterns between first floor windows
and near ends. Ground floor windows are taller. Four paned sashes (original 16
paned sashes reused in outbuildings). Four panel door (glazed top panels) is off
centre to left between second and right window. Doorcase is early C19. Moulded
eaves cornice. Interior has Adam style chimney piece and original pegged roof
structure.
