4/51 The Old Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. Circa late C18. Painted slatestone rubble and cob. Steep asbestos slate
roof, originally thatched, with brick chimneys over gable ends.
Double depth plan with front room on either side of entrance hall containing stairs
and smaller service rooms at rear.
2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-window south front. C20 windows. Central doorway with C20
porch.
Interior not inspected but said to be little altered.
