Detached cottage, probably C18. Whitewashed rubble walls. Timber lintels and slate
hoods to ground floor window openings. Right with half hipped end and rear wing
with gable end. Left-hand side broken slightly forward and extended to rear in L-
shaped plan. 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2 window front. Ground floor with 2 large
2-light casements with glazing bar flanking central, plartly glazed C20 door.
First floor with two 2-light horizontal sliding sashes (6 panes each).
Asymmetrically placed. External projecting stone stack with off-sets, capped with
slate and brick chimney on right-hand half hipped end. Interior not inspected.
