C19 red brick, part colourwashed. Gambrel roof with C20 tiles. 3-room plan,
2 storeys. 3 windows to each floor, all C20 casements under gauged brick
cambered heads. 3 doorways, all with semi-circular heads. 2 LH ones have C20
doors, RH one is blocked. Red brick double ridge stack serving 2 LH rooms,
red brick ridge stack to RH. Included for group value.
